Job Description

1.Assist with maintenance and repairs of the engine room machinery
2.Monitor engine room operations during assigned watch periods
3.Keep track of spare parts and tools for the engineering department
4.Participate in safety drills and emergency response training
5.And other duties as assigned to your role in company’s SMS

Requirements

1.Valid Officer in Charge of an Engineering Watch License
2.Perform engine-room watchkeeping duties for at least 6 months
3.Must have experience as a Third Engineer on a tanker, with a strong technical knowledge of engine room machinery, maintenance, and emergency protocols
4.Excellent leadership and communication skills
5.Strong knowledge of maritime safety and regulations
6.Fluent in English
